Barcelona have reportedly identified Alexander Isak as a long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski.

The Swedish striker has been heavily linked with Liverpool this summer, but according to Fichajes, he now tops the list of targets for the Catalan giants.

However, they are looking at a deal next summer. Much will now depend on how quickly Isak wants to move.
