Amazon Prime Day deals have been running all week, and an offer on Le Creuset coffee mugs is one of the most enticing we've seen.
The set of six vibrant, rainbow-coloured mugs from the coveted kitchenware brand has been reduced by 38% to £52.99 in a deal exclusively for Prime members.
The 350ml cups usually sell individually for £17, yet with this offer, the mugs are £8.80 each – effectively making these almost half the cost of buying them one at a time when at full price.
To take advantage of the deal, shoppers must be Amazon Prime members. If you're not already signed up, Amazon is currently offering a 30-day free trial, allowing you to access Prime Day discounts without spending a penny.
The six-mug set, which includes Cherry, Volcanic, Soleil, Palm, Teal and Ultra Violet shades, are also available to buy directly from Le Creuset's website for £85.
As well as being aesthetically pleasing, the mugs are but practical – they're freezer and dishwasher-safe, chip-resistant, and capable of withstanding temperatures up to 260°C, reports Chronicle Live. They also come with a ten-year guarantee.
Le Creuset mugs have garnered a loyal following, with over 1,300 Amazon customers giving them an impressive 4.8 out of 5 stars. Customers rave about their vivid colours, durability, and ability to keep beverages warm for an extended period.
One satisfied customer gushed over the mugs, saying: "The rainbow array of colours is simply stunning and has turned my mundane coffee routine into a daily dose of joy. Choosing which hue matches my mood has become a morning ritual."
Another happy mug-buyer raved about the durability, saying: "The quality is exactly what you'd expect. The stoneware feels substantial and the chip-resistant enamel has stood up to my clumsiest moments. I've accidentally clinked them against countertops more times than I'd like to admit, and they still look brand new."
They did, however, offer a cautionary note: "The weight of the mugs is also worth noting. While I appreciate the sturdy feel, some might find them a bit heavy, especially when full."
However, Amazon isn't the only online retailer attempting to entice shoppers to snap up a bargain ahead of the summer holidays. Lakeland currently has a massive kitchen sale offering up to 50% off everything from ice cream makers to air fryers. In the meantime, Argos has just kicked off an up to 50% off sale with discounts on big-name brands like Shark, Dyson and LEGO, while Boots' Super Savings Week is brimming with substantial discounts - particularly around fragrances and premium beauty products.
