Super indulgent air fryer brownies are made with just 6 ingredients — recipe![]() Indulgent, fudgy and rich is everything you want in a brownie, but they can take forever to cook in the oven. Luckily, they can also be baked in the air fryer, according to Good Food. The recipe notes said: “Treat yourself to these double chocolate brownies made with dark chocolate and studded with white chocolate chips. They’re made in the air fryer, so they’ll save energy.” What’s more, they only use seven ingredients, and you’ll probably have most of them in your cupboard. Ingredients:125g butter 125g dark chocolate Two eggs 175g caster sugar 80g plain flour 20g cocoa powder 40g white chocolate chips, optional Method:Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in the microwave in 30-second bursts until smooth. Leave to cool for a few minutes whilst you line a square cake tin that can fit in your air fryer with baking parchment. Heat the air fryer to 160C and then whisk the eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt together using a whisk until thick and creamy. Sift over the flour and cocoa powder, and then pour in the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Using a flat spatula, gently fold everything together until combined, and then stir in the white chocolate chips. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared tin and air fry for around 25 to 30 minutes until set but still slightly wobbly in the middle. Leave to cool in the tin before cutting into squares and enjoying. If you like a fudgy texture, place them in the fridge to set. Source link Posted: 2025-05-31 05:24:38 |
