The young Brit was leading by six games to five when she went back to her chair and called for the physio. Two medics rushed onto the court to provide treatment, which included taking Raducanu's blood pressure. The former US Open champion looked frustrated and shook her head in response to a question asked by one of the medics. She also rubbed blocks of ice around her eyes before having her blood pressure checked. After the strap was removed from her arm, Raducanu dropped something in her water bottle and took a few sips. She was given three minutes to regain her composure before returning to the court and serving out the set in the very next game, with the 22-year-old holding to love.
