Amazon Prime fans have been urged to check out five 'mind-bending' movies that you'll be thinking about days after the credits roll.

Movie buff Bryce Vaughn, who is known as @da_narrator on social media, has shared the next movies you need to check out on Amazon Prime when you're in search for something to watch on an evening.

Starting his list on TikTok, he says people need to watch Blink Twice, describing it as a movie about two best friends who fly to a billionaire's island.

He says he was "shocked" by its suspenseful slow burn - and dubbed it "one of his favourite movies of last year".

Next, he suggests watching Mr. Nobody, which is about a man who knows every single choice he is going to make in his life.

The film fanatic commented: "If I could recommend this movie a million times, I would. I can guarantee you it's the most confusing mind-bending movies you'll ever watch. It's one of my favourite movies of all time."

He then recommends Knives Out, which tells the story of a man who dies on his 85th birthday. His entire family are treated as suspects in his death.

"It's a phenomenal mystery with such a unique concept," he says.

But that's not where it ends as he also urges everyone to check out Coherence. It's about eight friends who get together for a dinner party during a comet.

"This is another very confusing, mindbender. Every time you watch it, you notice something new. This is a very well thought out film that I still haven't 100% figured out," he said.

Finally, he suggests everyone watches The Mist, saying he couldn't believe what he just watched. Describing the movie, he says a cloud of mist takes over a town and something "very dangerous" comes along with it.

Commenting on his video, many agreed with his choices, as one person said: "Coherence was amazing!! Nothing beats that first watch though."

Another user added: "First time I’ve seen someone mention Mr. Nobody, my favourite movie (Coherence is second)."

Someone else agreed: "Just watched Mr Nobody the other day. Definitely a movie that makes you think more carefully about the choices you make. Great movie!"

While another TikTok user echoed: "Just watched Mr. Nobody…holy cow! It was so interesting and strange all at the same time. I was lost until the end. I would highly recommend this movie."

However, not everyone agreed with all of his choices, as one person wrote: "I really disliked The Mist, but the ending redeemed it. I felt it dragged a lot, it had no need to be so long but yet it was. great ending though."

Another user said: "I just watched Blink Twice on your recommendations combined with the support in the comments. Incredibly predictable. I was very underwhelmed. You guys gassed it up too much."
