Dimitri Payet 'forced lawyer mistress to drink her urine' as shocking allegations emerge | Football | Sport

Former West Ham star Dimitri Payet is reportedly under investigation by police in Brazil after being accused of ‘physical, moral, psychological and sexual violence’ towards Larissa Natalya Ferrari, his ‘mistress’. The France international joined Brazilian side Vasco da Gama from Marseille in 2023.

Ferrari, 28, is a Vasco supporter and lawyer in Brazil and has claimed to have had a romantic relationship with Payet from September 2024 to March 2025. The midfielder has been married to Ludivine for almost 20 years, who resides in France with their four children.

According to Agence France Presse (AFP), a complaint against Payet was filed to the civil police of Rio on March 29. Police in Rio said: “'The investigation is ongoing. The complaint was registered at a police station specializing in assistance to women."

Ferrari has spoken with AFP about how she was ‘humiliated’ and ‘punished’ during their time together. She explained that she met Payet on Instagram and they started dating.

However, Ferrari claims that their relationship started to turn sour in December after a row over tickets for a Vasco match. He then allegedly told her that he would start ‘punishing’ her for her actions.

Ferrari told AFP: “I was attacked by Dimitri Payet, and this has left marks on my body. I have suffered physical, moral, psychological and sexual violence. We had our first dispute in December, and he began saying he would punish me.

"He asked me to prove my love for him in humiliating ways - by drinking my own urine, licking the floor and drinking water from a toilet. He filmed me doing these things. He pushed me about, walked over me and made veiled threats. I want justice to be done. He abused my mental vulnerability to take sexual advantage of me. I am a lawyer, and I would never make such serious accusations lightly."

Ferrari also released a statement saying ‘there's no explanation or anything to justify it’ before continuing: “But one thing I want to make extremely clear is that it was never for money, not before, not now. In fact, the last time I went to Rio, I went by bus.

“Our intention, initially, wasn't for us to become so attached to each other, but we ended up getting very involved. We got very close because I got divorced and he gets lonely a lot too. With so much closeness, the meetings became more frequent.

'I would go to Dimitri's house every 12 days or so, and stay for three or four days. He has also always been very affectionate towards me, both in person and through messages. And with so much affection exchanged, it was impossible not to become attached to each other.”
