Amazon has just announced a rare price cut to Apple's top-rated MacBook Air M3, which drops the cost from £999.97 down to just £899 - that's a 10 percent discount. This popular portable PC includes 16GB of RAM, a speedy M3 processor, 13-inch Liquid Retina display and very long battery life.

There's also MagSafe charging, a Touch ID fingerprint scanner and a slimline design that's perfect for working on the move.

This decent deal is currently only available for those happy to buy the Starlight or Space Gray versions, but if those colours suit your tastes, then this is a solid offer from Amazon.

Argos has a similar price drop but is currently out of stock, and John Lewis is only offering the same discount on the Space Gray version
