Fortnite update 34.10 release date, server downtime, Invincible skins, patch notes, Midas | Gaming | Entertainment

Fortnite developer Epic Games is about to release a new update for PS5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch and Android.

After weeks without any major content drops, Fortnite update 34.10 has been given a March 11 release date by Epic Games.

The new Fortnite patch will be accompanied by a period of server downtime, which runs from 8am GMT UK time until around 10am GMT.

The news was announced by Epic Games on X, alongside a preview about what to expect from update 34.10.

"Fight back against the Big Bad Wolf!" reads an Epic tweet. "Downtime for v34.10 begins at 4 AM ET with matchmaking ending shortly beforehand."

In terms of what fans can expect, update 34.10 will put the spotlight on Fletcher Kane.

As you can see from the trailer below, the new update will also introduce a new Invincible crossover. This includes new skins and items for Allen the Alien and Dupli-Kate.

It's believed the Outlaw Midas skins and questlines will be released as part of the new update, potentially alongside the new Scorpion skin and Mythic item from Mortal Kombat.

Speaking of new items, Epic Games has previously confirmed that the Outlaw Shotgun, Rocket Drill and Pump & Dump will join the game as part of update 34.10.

Needless to say, Epic will also use the download to fix various bugs and make a few gameplay tweaks, which you can see by checking out the Fortnite update 34.10 patch notes below.
