PS Plus Extra and Premium February 2025 games line-up release date, time and final warning | Gaming | Entertainment

PlayStation Plus subscribers are counting down to the release of the Extra and Premium games for February 2025.

The next wave of PS Plus Extra and Premium games have a February 18 release date on PS4 and PS5.

While there's no official release time, the games should be available to download and install by midday UK time.

Announced during the recent State of Play event, the February line-up is a mixed bag, although there are some high-profile headliners to lead the way.

Indeed, the star of the show is Star Wars Jedi Survivor, which takes place five years after the original, as Cal Kestis once again takes the fight to the Empire.

Jedi Survivor is joined by Top Spin 2K25, as well as the day one release of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage.

Developed by Life is Strange studio Dontnod, Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is a narrative adventure set in the mid-1990s.

"Cloaked in a carefully crafted dreampop soundtrack that blends nostalgia and ethereal vibes, rewind back to the 90s and live the defining summer of four high school girls as they forge bonds through their growing friendship, their punk band, and an unexplained event that will forever change their lives.

"Navigate between dual timelines and shape both narratives – in 1995 and 2022 – with each offering a piece of the larger puzzle: the life-changing secrets they uncovered back then and why they’re reuniting now, after all these years."

The second episode will be available as a day-one PS Plus Extra release in April.

The rest of the line-up is a little disappointing, at least in terms of the profile of the games joining the service.

Classic role-playing game SaGa Frontier Remastered will also be available from February 18, as well as Somerville, Tin Hearts and Mordhau.

With only two games joining the line-up, PS Plus Premium subscribers may also feel a little disappointed in February.

The admittedly great PSP rhythm game Patapon 3 is joined by Dropship: United Peace Force.

Needless to say, multiple games are leaving PS Plus Extra on the same day, so consider this your last chance to play the likes of Tales of Arise, The Outer Worlds: Spacer's Edition, Outriders and Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition and more.
