Boots No7 deal gets shoppers £20 anti-ageing skincare capsules for £5

Boots kicked off their biggest ever Black Friday sale long before the official day of the sale, but we've unearthed another way to save cash on the retailer's cherished No7 products - with some better-than-half price deals available for today only. The well-liked beauty brand has its own website, and our shopping gurus have sifted through the deals to pinpoint the ones that will give you the best value for your money.

One key deal sees selected items discounted by up to 50%. However, Express readers have been given an exclusive code that gifts shoppers a second product for free - for a limited time only. Customers who input the code REACHPLCBF at the checkout will be able to get half of the items in their basket for free. This one-day deal will conclude at midnight tonight (Friday), and there are a couple of stipulations.

Firstly, the products included are the ones available on this page, and are restricted to up to three free items only. The offer also can't be used in conjunction with some of the other deals on the site, like buy two get 40% off.

Our top selection from this particular deal is the Advanced Ingredients Ceramide and Peptides Facial Capsules 30pk, which was originally £19.95, but has been slashed to £9.97. With the discount and buy one get one free offer, you can secure a two-month supply of the nourishing capsules, which would equate to less than £5 per pack, or 17p per capsule.

The capsules are one of the few items where you can combine the 50% off and buy-one-get-one-free deal, but you can also apply the discount code to full-priced products, such as the Laboratories Line Correcting Booster Serum, priced at £34.95, allowing you to get two for the price of one. However, it's worth noting that this product frequently appears in the Boots £10 Tuesday offer, where it would be cheaper, reports the Mirror.

The capsules, rich in ceramide and peptides, are scientifically proven to visibly reduce the appearance of wrinkles, resulting in smoother, more elastic skin. They've garnered a 3.9-star rating from shoppers, some of whom have even abandoned big-name brands for this No7 product.

One shopper shared: "This makes my skin feel velvety soft and evens skin to hide pores. Great as under make-up primer or to boost confidence when make-up free. Shame not in stores anymore."

Another chimed in: "I normally use Elizabeth Arden capsules and very happy with it. I have tried No7 Ceramide and Peptide capsules and I was very impressed about how smooth, hydrating and plumping the product is. First I was thinking that only a capsule is not enough and I put 2 but the next day I tried to use only one and, yes, is exactly the right amount to put on."

However, one customer felt they were quite small, remarking: "I am very happy with the product, however I do feel Boots have scrimped on the size of the capsule. I only have a small face and find it only just covers, with hardly anything left for the neck. Size doesn't compare favourably to the other brands."

Not included in the buy-one-get-one-free offer, but still a fantastic deal, the brand has slashed prices on several Christmas gift sets by up to half. The Best Kept Secrets 5 Piece Skincare and Cosmetic Gift Set was £30, but is now just £15.

It includes three full-sized products and two minis, including a full-size No7 Lift and Luminate Triple Action Primer worth £18, making the remaining products essentially 'free'. Meanwhile, the Pro Artist Beauty Vault 11 Piece Makeup Gift Set is reduced to £44.50, but is valued at £90.

It includes a range of the brand's newly launched premium cosmetics, which were an instant hit with our beauty writers. From liquid blushes to compact eyeshadow palettes, it has everything you need to glam up this party season.

Elsewhere, Medik8, the skincare brand backed by science, is offering a 25% discount across their entire site until November 29. Besides the discount, customers can avail of a host of additional deals that could make it worthwhile to spend a bit more.

The retailer is providing free shipping for orders over £25, and those who spend over £100 will receive a complimentary cleanser worth £25. If you spend £150, you'll get both the free cleanser and a serum worth £45. That's a whopping £70 in free products.

In other news, British skincare brand Liz Earle has unveiled its Black Friday deals, with up to 40% off across the site and free gifts on offer for purchases over £65. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the No7 buy one get one free deal here.
