If you’ve been mulling picking up a new smartwatch this Black Friday, we have good news: the deals have started early! It’s 2024, so the biggest sale event of the year is now basically all of November instead of on just one actual day. That means Amazon already has plenty of Black Friday tech deals, including one for the Google Pixel Watch 3.

Right now, you can get the Pixel Watch 3 for £279, a massive £70 saving on its £349 RRP. That’s an impressive discount considering Google only released the wearable back in September.

It’s rare to see such a new smartwatch get such a steep discount, but we’re not complaining.

If you have an Android phone and want a smartwatch, you really can’t go wrong with this one. We reviewed the Pixel Watch 3 on its release and were left seriously impressed, calling it “simply great, whichever Android phone you have”, praising a smartwatch that is “vastly improved over its predecessors and is the best Android smartwatch you can buy unless you want more than two days of battery life.”

The Watch 3 has a lovely curved design and a round face that displays text and data nicely on mostly black backgrounds. It’ll track your health stats via the Fitbit app but also handle all your notifications like you’d expect.

This price is for the 41mm size Pixel Watch 3, which is the smaller model this year. There’s also a larger screened 45mm version that’s on sale for £329 - also £70 off the RRP. This is the version to go for if you want longer battery life, as it has a larger battery, and if you prefer a bigger timepiece.

You can pick from four different watch and band colour combinations to match your personal style, too. As these Amazon prices are the same Black Friday sale prices you’ll find over on the Google Store, we don’t think the Pixel Watch 3 will get any cheaper this month.
