Joe Biden leaves Americans outraged after 'biting' baby at White House: 'Call 911' | US | News

US President Joe Biden seemingly bit two babies on the foot and leg as he welcomed trick-or-treaters at Wednesday's White House Halloween event.

Videos shared online show Mr Biden interacting with one baby dressed as a chicken.

The outgoing President was talking to the child before nibbling their leg.

In a separate incident, Mr Biden seemed to bite another baby's toes.

The children's parents seemed unbothered by the playful interaction.

However, the video sparked a lot of reaction on social media.

One user said: "Joe Biden is literally BITING BABIES at the White House Halloween Party.

A second said: "Here is Joe Biden biting a baby's foot. The world has gone insane."

A third added: "If he's not related to the baby, I think his actions are inappropriate."

Another person said: "Someone call 911 immediately. JOE BIDEN JUST BIT A SECOND BABY AT THE WHITE HOUSE. This is NOT a joke. He stuck this second child’s foot in his mouth three times!"

The US election is just days away as Donald Trump and Kamala Harris give one last push before voting on November 5.

Mr Biden has sparked anger after calling Mr Trump's supporters "garbage."

Mr Biden said: "Just the other day, a speaker at [Trump's] rally called Puerto Rico a ' floating island of garbage,'" the president told the group, referring to a poorly-received joke by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe at Trump's rally at Madison Square Garden in New York City this past weekend.

"The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters; his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it's un-American," the president continued. "It's totally contrary to everything we've done, everything we've been."

His comment came after a comedian speaking this week at Mr Trump's rally in New York City branded Puerto Rico an "island of garbage."

The comments, made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, have angered many Puerto Ricans and other Latino voters in crucial states.
