Essential PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro accessory reduced to lowest price at Amazon | Gaming | Entertainment

Whether you own a PlayStation 5 or are thinking of investing in a PS5 Pro, then a good TV is an essential part of the package, especially if you want to show off your new hardware. PS5 games largely feature 4K and HDR support, and some games even run at upwards of 120 frames-per-second. Unfortunately, however, not all televisions support 120 FPS, and despite displaying images in 4K, not all TVs provide the deep colours and picture quality that makes the average PS5 game pop. To really get the most out of the PS5, you'll want a 4K OLED TV with HDMI 2.1 support for running games at the fastest speeds and with the best possible picture quality. With this in mind, we've picked out a couple of incredible discounts on OLED TVs available as part of Amazon Prime Big Deal Days event.

First up is the 65-inch Sony Bravia XR (above), which is reduced from £2,499 to just £1,799 as part of the Amazon Prime shopping event.

The XR features a 65" OLED panel with XR OLED Contrast Pro technology to boost the colour and contrast of shows and games.

It features Acoustic Surface Audio + support for superior sound, as well as built-in Google TV with access to dozens of apps and thousands of films and TV shows via streaming.

However, it's the gaming features that really appeal to PS5 owners. Sony explains more: "Ideal for PlayStation 5, the A80L features Auto Low Latency Mode in HDMI 2.1 for smooth, responsive gameplay, as well as Auto HDR Tone Mapping to reveal crucial details in the darkest and brightest parts of the screen.

"There's even a dedicated Gaming Menu that includes the brand-new Crosshair and Custom Screen features they could be the secret to your next win."

Next up is the 55-inch Philips Ambilight set, which reduced from £1,499 to just £949 as part of the Amazon Prime Big Deal Days event.

The 4K OLED TV features AI deep-learning to create the best possible image, as well as integrated LED lights on the back of the device that react to what you watch. This creates a halo of light around the TV that makes shows, games and sporting events even more immersive, and is said to make the screen feel even bigger.

Most important of all, however, are the gaming features, including the HDMI 2.1 port for running games at upwards of 120 frames-per-second.

It also contains NVIDIA G-Sync gaming mode, as well as built-in Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision, not to mention voice controls and streaming apps.
