The FSA added: "If you have bought the above product do not eat it. Heron Food are recalling their Smileys Surprise Eggs because they contain hazelnuts (nuts) which are not mentioned on the label, presenting a risk to anyone suffering with a nut allergy. Symptoms of an allergic reaction, as listed by the NHS:
