Remove yellow sweat stains with 'magic' non-toxic solution - no baking soda or vinegar

While a normal laundry wash may not get rid of yellow sweat marks on white clothes, a "magic" solution could.

Even stain removal products might not work to remove yellow stain marks, but a non-toxic homemade concoction could.

According to a TikTok contributor, dubbed as Creative Explained, you only need two ingredients – and they're not baking soda or white vinegar.

He said tackling sweat stains was "no problem" with the "magic" solution that does all the heavy lifting.

"Just grab a spray bottle," he instructed, although a bowl could be just as useful, and "add one-quarter cup of hydrogen peroxide and a little bit of dish soap".

If using a spray bottle, pop on the lid and screw on securely before giving it a "good shake".

If you're using a bowl to create the hydrogen peroxide and dish soap mixture, mixing it together with a spoon should do just as good of a job.

"And that's it," he said of the easy cleaning solution, which he then proceeded to spray onto yellow pit marks left on a white T-shirt.

"Spray the mixture on the stains," he instructed. "Or just pour the mixture on top – and let the magic work for 15 minutes, then do a normal wash."

He said the garment will come out of the hot wash "white as new" with the "easy" cleaning solution that contains "no toxic chemicals".

One viewer asked: "Where do you get hydrogen peroxide?" In the US, you can get hydrogen peroxide at Walmart, Target and Walgreens.

In the UK, you can get hydrogen peroxide online at Amazon.co.uk for as little as £4.96; alternatively, some stain removers contain hydrogen peroxide, such as Sainsbury's Oxy Power Stain Remover (500ml).

The informative video on stain removal has garnered more than 40,000 likes on the internet thanks to him answering the question so many people had asked themselves.
