M&S cooling bedding that 'really helps' with night sweats is 30% off

Marks and Spencer's huge mid-year sale is now on, offering shoppers up to 50% off across a range of departments, including women's and men's apparel, beauty products and homeware. Among the deals is high-quality bedding at bargain prices, turning your bedroom into the perfect sleep haven for less.

Battling the summer heat becomes easier as customers have found a unique duvet cover with built-in temperature control, now 30% off. The usual price tag of £59 for a double duvet cover now drops to £41.30, with reductions also applied to single, king and super king sizes.

The sought-after duvet cover comes in six sleek shades and boasts innovative Body Sensor technology to help regulate body temperature throughout the seasons. Satisfied shoppers have been vocal about the benefits, with one customer praising the product on the M&S website: "This bedding really works for me, it has really helped with my menopausal night sweats. Would definitely recommend it."

Not only does this duvet cover serve a practical function, but with a 250-thread count, it's also a luxury for the skin, described by purchasers as 'soft to touch' and providing supreme comfort. While the natural qualities of cotton mean a quick iron is needed, it's a small trade-off for the style and comfort provided.

To top it off, treat yourself to a set of two cooling pillowcases, previously £22.50, now only £15.75 teaming them with the duvet cover could see you saving over £24.

There's a variety of cooling sheet options available in the range, including flat, fitted, extra deep fitted and deep fitted sheets - all with a 30% discount. One customer praised the flat sheet, now priced at £24.50 down from £35 for a double size, as 'perfect for ever-changing British weather', while another noted its ability to 'stay in place on the bed'.

However, some shoppers were less impressed with the need to iron the sheets, with one stating they 'required a really good iron to get rid of wrinkles and creases'.

If you're in the market for a duvet, Marks and Spencer's bedding sale has got you covered. A double-sized Fresh and Cool 10.5 Tog Duvet is now £41.40, reduced from £69. You can also find discounted pillows - a two-pack of Goose Feather and Down Medium Pillows, usually priced at £60, are currently on offer for £36.

Dunelm offers a selection of bedding with cooling properties, such as the Fogarty Cooling Cotton Silver Duvet Cover, priced at £30 for a double size. Customers have reported 'sleeping much better' since using them and praised the 'beautifully soft and good quality' material.

Amazon's Slumberdown store features the Double Cooling Bed Set for £79.99, which includes a cooling blanket, fitted sheet and two pillowcases that the brand claims provide a 90% cooler sleep than standard polyester duvets or bedding.
