Apple is dishing out rare free gifts for a limited time - how to claimIt's pretty rare that Apple dishes out freebies but that's exactly what some lucky shoppers are being offered right now. The US technology giant has just confirmed that its yearly "Back to School" deal has made a welcome comeback with incentives that include free gift cards when buying certain popular laptop and tablet products. For example, when buying a new MacBook or iPad from the Education Store, customers will be treated to a gift card - worth up to £120 - for free. This can be used to spend to reduce the cost of other devices, such as iPhones, or buy accessories from the Apple Store like the Apple Pencil, cases or some AirPods. In addition, students can also get 20 percent off AppleCare+ to protect their purchase, as well as one month free Apple Music and Apple TV+, with the student rates for both services afterwards. "Apple offers students special prices to save all year round but from 3 July until 21 October 2024 there is an extra incentive to invest in a Mac or iPad to see them through college or university, and beyond," Apple explained. Here are some of the deals available until October 21. • Buy a MacBook Air - from £899 with educational savings - and get a £120 Apple gift card • Buy an iMac - from £1,349 with educational savings - and get a £120 Apple gift card • Buy a Mac mini - from £539 with educational savings - and get a £80 Apple gift card • Buy a MacBook Pro - from £1,589 with educational savings - and get a £120 Apple gift card • Buy an iPad Pro - from £899 with educational savings - and get a £80 Apple gift card • Buy an iPad Air - from £549 with educational savings - and get a £80 Apple gift card Want to know more about any of these devices?
