EXCLUSIVE: Meghan Markle was criticised for lacking "depth and a unique" angle in order to attract more viewers to her Netflix series, just days after the latest rankings showed it flopped.

With Love, Meghan was released back in March but the latest figures showed that it could not keep its original viewers.

During the first week of its release, the Duchess of Sussex's series climbed into Netflix's Global Top 10 Shows list with 2.6million views.

But nearly five months later, it took a nose-dive to the 383rd spot globally with 5.3million views.

Now a PR expert explained why Meghan's show failed to keep momentum and cautioned the Duchess to focus on one key thing ahead of the second season's launch this autumn.
